We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping. If you have an item damaged in shipping item, send us an email immediately upon receipt with photos of the item and the damaged box to aaron@ad-glass.com
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We do NOT accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Memorial glass orders
• Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
